Our Story

Inspired by our community, motivated by plant puns, and energized by too much coffee for a Friday night, we decided it was thyme to start something new. Hungering for ways to add the textures and flavours of microgreens to our meals & the nutritional benefits of locally grown produce, but stumped by the high cost . . .

. . . we decided it was time for a change!

We aim to deliver fresh affordable and local produce. We hope to spread knowledge from our kitchen to yours.

Get Growing!

We run workshops and create content on our blog to help you grow your own greens. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, our goal is to equip you with the skills you need to grow FRESH food for your household, indoors, year-round.

2: COMMUNITY.

Sit at the farm table!

Food & Farming build communities. By spotlighting individuals, that are experts at growing, and enabling them to share their knowledge amongst the community - we can uplift community, create interest for youth, move agriculture developments & grow faster together.

Farm of the Future!

We have a long-term goal. We aim to improve quality & yield while limiting our use of resources. By actively researching innovations in technology, we can create tools to empower communities and producers to better meet the needs of a sustainable society in 2050.
